LEREAH: Do as I say...
Add (NAR) National Association of Realtors economists David Lereah to the list of Florida homeowners. Demonstrating his faith in the state's housing market, Lereah recently bought a condo at the Madison at SoHo in Tampa for investment purposes. Speaking to agents in Tampa recently, he said there are no major yellow flags in the state's real estate market and discredited claims of a housing bubble, noting that population growth will continue to bolster sales and prices. In purchasing the Tampa condo, Lereah also followed the advice of his newly released book: Are you missing the Real Estate Boom? Why home values and other Real Estate Investments will climb through the end of the decade-- and how to profit from them. I'm really putting my money where my mouth is. Lereah says.
